Fill in the Blank.

#117 OPENING 8 MAY 7 PM, EXHIBITION 9-12 MAY 5-8 PM

Q : Fill in the blank.
A : _____________ .
Minhye Kim :
Blank is a question, not the answer.
It could be an empty space without limit, but it reminds me also of a border; institutional structure, which is surrounded by every corner of it. “Fill in the Blank”, it happened constantly in Process of works: filled, erased, covered, attached, reversed and so on.
Jieun Kim :
What I do, is always about what to fill in the blank canvases and how to do it in my paintings. It’s a question, which I’m always struggling to answer. That also explains the whole process of my painting.
So now we filled in the blanks.
